　　泰安启程车轮制造有限公司（简称：泰安启程）位于五岳之尊—泰山脚下，是北汽集团海纳川公司旗下渤海汽车系统股份有限公司的全资子公司。公司成立于2012年2月，注册资金2.1亿元，占地57,732m²，现有员工580人，年生产能力120万只，是一家集研发、生产和销售于一体的铝车轮高新技术企业，以个性化产品、轻量化技术、全球化市场、专业化人才特色而享誉业界，综合实力位居全国改装车轮领域前列。
　　Tai'an Qicheng Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tai'an Qicheng), located at the foot of Mountain Tai, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bohai Automotive Systems Co., Ltd. which is an affiliated enterprise of BHAP - a subsidiary of BAIC Group. Tai'an Qicheng was founded in Feb. 2012 with registered capital of 33 million USD. The company covers an area of 57,732 m ² and has 580 employees. Annual production capacity is 1.2 million pcs. Tai'an Qicheng is a high-tech enterprise that has businesses in developing, manufacturing and sales of high performance car wheels. The products diameters range from 10" to 30", and rim widths range from 4" to 14". Surface finishing covers a variety of styles such as full painting, 2 tone, Chrome, Brushed,etc. Product structures include one-piece, two-piece and other forms. Manufacturing process has various types such as low-pressure casting, flow forming, forging, friction stir welding, etc. The company has unique advantages in fields of customized aftermarket wheels especially in large sizes, deep lips and special surface treatment.
　　泰安启程拥有山东省认定的企业技术中心，具备自产品设计、FEA 分析、模具设计、模流分析、型式试验全流程的自主研发能力，拥有30余项专利。参与起草了中国汽车工业协会发布的《乘用车车轮改装指南》，多项新技术、新工艺达到了国际领域先进水平。公司恪守“珍爱质量、预防、共治、改进”质量方针，按照ISO9001/IATF16949标准建立了质量管理体系，通过了德国TUV、日本VIA等标准认证及美国DOT备案，以完善体系与可靠过程打造匠心品质，为美国、德国、日本等国际知名品牌及北汽越野车等国内高端客户提供精美产品和精诚服务。
　　Tai'an Qicheng has an Enterprise Technology Center certified by Shandong Province and has complete development capability of product design, FEA analysis, mold design, casting simulation, type test, and has more than 30 patents. The company participated in drafting of the "Guidelines for Passenger Car Wheels Modification" issued by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. Multiple new technologies and processes have reached advanced level in the international industry. Tai'an Qicheng established environmental and occupational health and safety management system in accordance with ISO14001/OHSAS18001 standards and drafted two provincial standards on industrial safety production in Shandong Province which passed the national safety standardization certification.
